Lew is entering into a serious diet this month to counter the effects of inactivity following his last back surgery. He really has filled out quite nicely though (the fat bastard). Lew will be starting a very new diet called "The Put The Fucking Sandwich Down Diet" and hopes to be back in shape by June.

Well the diet hasn't been going so well but the weight at least is still coming off although slowly and Lew should be down to his target stage weight sometime in the year 2110. Lew is also finishing work on his first book "Life According To Gus" and should be done sometime next year.

Have started data compilation for my second book tentatively titled "Dodging The Limelight" based on the life and times of road manager, front of house, and sound guru personified, Don "Dodger" Dodge.
